Cold approach
How does your body actually feel right now? Not what your Garmin says. What YOU feel. That gap is where injuries hide. Scan this, 60 seconds.
They mention training / fatigue
Ever felt great but your data said rest? Or felt terrible but crushed it anyway? We built an app that resolves that conflict. Try it. Just your feel, no devices needed.
When they push back
“Why do I need an app to tell me how I feel?”
You don't need it to tell you how you feel. You need it to tell you what to do about it. You feel great but you slept 5 hours and your HRV is down 30%. Do you go hard or back off? That's the decision most athletes get wrong, and it's where injuries and overtraining start. We resolve that conflict for you.
“I already listen to my body”
That's exactly who this is for. The problem isn't listening. It's when your body says one thing and your watch says another. Which one do you trust? That's the moment we handle.
“I just use Oura / WHOOP / Garmin for that”
Those tell you what happened last night. They don't tell you what to do this morning when you feel great but your numbers are red. We take their data AND your feel and give you the actual call.
“My coach handles all that”
Your coach wrote the plan on Monday. It's Thursday, you slept 5 hours and your legs are heavy. Does the plan still apply? We're the layer between the plan and the reality of how you showed up today.
“I've been training for years, I know what I'm doing”
Experienced athletes are the ones who get burned the most, because you can push through anything. The question isn't whether you CAN do the workout. It's whether you SHOULD. That's a different skill.
“Sounds like another subscription I don't need”
One missed week from overtraining costs you more fitness than a whole month of smart training builds. We're not a nice-to-have. We're the cheapest insurance against the setback you don't see coming.
“I don't wear a wearable”
Perfect. The app works on feel alone. No device required. That's actually the point. Your body integrates a hundred signals no wearable can measure: stress, motivation, yesterday's argument, last night's sleep quality. We start there.
“I don't have time for another app in the morning”
It's 30 seconds. Four taps: how do you feel, what's the plan, here's the call. Faster than opening Strava. The athletes who lose time are the ones who train through a warning sign and miss two weeks.
“How is this different from what TrainingPeaks already does?”
TrainingPeaks tells you what to do. We tell you whether your body can actually do it today. The plan says tempo intervals, but you slept 5 hours and you're stressed about work. TrainingPeaks doesn't know that. We do.
“Sounds cool but I'll just forget about it”
We send you one push at the time you normally train. One tap opens it. If you skip a few days, we notice and check in. No guilt, just "hey, your model is still here when you're ready." Most people who try three check-ins don't stop.
